Gentle Giant Moving company was exquisite from the start. They came and did a thorough walkthrough prior to moving, gave a fair assessment, had timely follow ups and consistent confirmation texts and email for the move. May I also note the careful consideration of the entire crew. Andrew, Christian, Lamar and Robert each moved with purpose and care. They were not only thoughtful about keeping the labeled items together at our new home, but they were thoughtful about where they placed the items. Going as far as to ensure our bedroom set was up and comfortable for us to use. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family and we will be using them in the future.

We just finished a local move from an apartment to a house and it could not have been handled any better. The service level, attention to detail and just overall vibe far exceeded expectations. The trio of Andrew, Lamar and Taybren were just fantastic.

I am at a loss for words to describe my experience with Gentle Giant Moving Company, like was it real or just a dream...? I do not feel like I hired movers bc they didn't act like "hired men". They were more like strong agile companions that came over to help us. Like help in every sense of the word. From the phone call with Andrew, when he told me they were on their way (running early), to shaking Shaun and Lamar's hands as they introduced themselves. Gentle Giant Moving Company moved us last week. We had a great experience with them. They communicated with us very well leading up to the move, arrived when they were scheduled to and were so friendly! They all introduced themselves at the door and chatted with us throughout the move, which made it feel like they were our friends! The team of Andrew, Daniel, James, Nathan and Rokas treated all our things with care and worked so fast and efficiently. At the end of the move they calculated that the move came in UNDER the quoted amount. I highly recommend them.

Gentle Giant moved my belongings from my former residence to my new place in a timely and smooth fashion. However, be careful when signing documentation. The movers rushed me to sign off on the iPad, not giving me any time to review. I realized after the fact that they overcharged me for commute time. They tried to charge me for the time it took for them to stop at the gas station. They also charged me for the time it took to drive to the next client's location rather than the distance back to their warehouse. They take a guess at how long it's going to take and charge you accordingly rather than providing definitive time stamps. When I called to dispute the issue, the senior quality control manager provided me all this info I've noted and then proceeded to give me a bogus explanation for
