Genuine Contracting

Genuine Contracting recently did quite a bit of work at my house. They replaced my roof after several hail storms did significant damage. The company did a great job on the roof, and they did the coordination with my insurance company, which saved me a lot of hassle. I have a large roof and they replaced it a couple of days and did a good job of cleaning up afterward. Genuine also replaced an old patio and deck in my back yard. Both turned out great, with the workers paying special attention to getting things right. The deck, especially, was not an easy deck to build, but the company did a great job. Genuine Contracting did an great job on our roof. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Josh was great to work with — knowledgeable, responsive, and never pushy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident in the decisions we were making. Austin and Dillon from Genuine Contracting did an excellent job replacing our front porch pillars. They were polite, professional, and communicated well throughout the project. The finished roof, gutters and pillars look great and we’re very happy with it. Highly recommend!

Randy and Mike came to my daughter’s house to help analyze a leak in the house. They arrived at the drop of a hat, found the likely source of the leak quickly, and proceeded to do the repairs. Both gentlemen were polite and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions). Randy and Mike obviously are experts at their job and do it with a smile. Very thorough, did not rush, and were kind. Real positive ambassadors for themselves and Genuine Contracting. They arrived when they said they would (keep in mind this was a water issue and we were immediately fit into the schedule). On-time. Thorough. Skilled. Polite. I am very confident recommending Genuine Contracting. Ask for Mike and Randy.

Genuine did a roof replacement due to storm damage on our HOA pool house. They did an awesome job from start to finish. Josh’s communication was great. They were very thorough during the inspection and helped us with the insurance claim process. They even offered to come out with the adjuster. The roof had fairly extensive hail damage, including our copper top Cupola. They replaced everything and added a ridge vent. They were also able to bring some things up to code that weren’t part of building code 20+ years ago when the original roof was installed. Once work was complete we requested an estimate to have some of our soffit and fascia replaced as it has taken on damage from squirrels in the last year or so. Obviously, we would most certainly use Genuine again!
