I was trying to get estimates for the damage on my roof and gutters from storm and wind damage. 2 of the companies would not give me an estimate unless I sign an agreement on the job first. St. Louis Building & Remodeling Company was the only company that provided the estimate. Bryan, the owner was very professional, honest, and delivered on his word. He communicated with me ahead of time when each job was going to be done. He also responds very quickly if you have any questions. I highly recommend St. Louis Building & Remodeling Company and will use them if I have any further need for their services.

St Louis Building & Remodeling did a great job on replacing my roof, siding, garage door, and deck railings from the hail storm last year. Bryan is easy to work with and spent a lot of time dealing with my insurance company. The workers were courteous, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. The work was superb. Everyone was extremely nice & friendly. And they dealt with the insurance company which I really appreciated. Mike & Mike were exceptional. New roof , new windows, new siding, new guttering. Very happy with installation & cleanup.

I hired Brian and his crew to replace our Roof, gutters, and siding on our home. They were fantastic, professional, and fast! We had issues with another contractor during this project, and it required replacement of our new roof! Brian had his team fix the damages the other guys caused and found us a better contractor to fix the issue. They are very approachable and do an excellent job of cleaning up around the property when the work is finished. Would recommend them to anyone and would definitely work with them again!
