I usually don't leave reviews. But you asked for it. I have used your service in the past and loved you guys. But this time you failed big time. 1st you sent a guy that didn't feel like working and stated he did not want to be there. 2nd the drain worked before they got there. After leaving it was completely clogged. He tried snaking at the sink and it was clear to the stack {which is what I told them I had done} So next step remove cleanout cap and clean stack. Technician claimed that he could not remove the cap. Really? a brass cap in cast iron?? Then they tried to tell me my stack was cracked, sent over another grumpy guy and in less than 5 minutes said yup it is cracked. They charged me a total of $680 for this! For both commerical and residential the best place to use. Literally have never had an issue with them coming out to any of our locations or my personal home. Everyone who has come is nice, professional, clean, and knowledgable. service has been 10/10 for the last 2 years.

Shamrock sewer & drain was less in cost than the other more popular drain companies. They were able to come out same day and cleared out the drain. The person who came out was knowledgeable, respectful and took care of property. I was happy with the service.
