We recently had our full septic system replaced through George Allen, and this company set the standard for what professionalism and communication should look like for a major home project. From the very beginning, Nicole in the office kept us informed every step of the way. Her responsiveness, clarity, and coordination made the project feel completely manageable. On-site, Dylan, the foreman, was outstanding. He walked us through the entire process, answered every question with detail, and treated our property with an incredible amount of care. The whole crew worked efficiently, respectfully, and with real attention to detail. Even with the size of the job, they left our yard in great shape. Edit update as of this morning: I called to confirm cap was replaced as the gentleman I spoke with said it would be yesterday, I was in the office and not sure it had been done. A simple - Yes, it was and some form of notification would have been professional. Instead MANDY proceeded to grill and question me "did you not call yesterday?" "were you not home to see?" etc etc. Just say "yes it was replaced"......... I will never use this company again, due to the unprofessional manner of the front office woman. I should note that the gentleman I spoke to yesterday was completely professional and friendly - it appears to be MANDY. If I could give her negative zero stars I would. I’ve used this company for a couple of years, and the technicians have always been very friendly and professional.

I had a somewhat urgent need, called at 8AM, Mandy answered and was very helpful in getting me setup same day. Not only did she get me setup she called with an update when her tech was on his way. Then Pete showed up. What a great dude. Im an inquisitive homeowner and had questions. Pete was patient and answered all my questions. On top of that he emptied my tank, fixed my small issue, gave me great advice on how to care for my system, and was generally a very professional and nice guy. He's been with Allen for 17 years and he's a great representative for them! This is my first septic service as a homeowner, used to be on public sewer, Allen now has a repeat customer! Thank you!

Phenomenal crew all around. From the receptists to the ones at the house doing the work. They dug out my frozen septic tank lid in this cold snap we have and fixed a baffle in the tank. These guys really know how to deal with shit, if you know what im saying

Today a technician by the name of Craig came to service our septic system. Initially he did a terrific job and allowed me to watch and learn. He was prompt and professional . About 40 minutes after he left he returned and said that upon reviewing past service & the county schematics of our system that 2 additional tanks needed attention. He performed the necessary service and left. I was impressed with his experience, commitment and ethics to return and finish the job. Thank you Craig!
