The most worthless plumbing supply place I've ever encountered. Been here a few times and it's been terrible every time. Can't even believe someone could run a business like they do in this day and age. Zero customer service. They will look at you and tell you to go look for it in the warehouse and expect you to go dig through all there empty boxes of inventory. Pretty sad you can get better service at Lowes. I can understand all the one star reviews. I barely ever right a review but had to on this place. Clearly they don't want the business.

Tried to replace cartridge in my shower. Had to break off the handle. Went to Lowe’s for supplies, but they didn’t have what I needed and no one there to help me. Getting a bit desperate at this point, so I located Sanders on Google maps. So glad to have found this place!!! They had what I needed in stock, and it was reasonably priced. Jared was super helpful!!! Thank you for helping me out. Highly recommend!!
