Mixed review...I have ordered all my oil from Georges for 10yrs. Delivery drivers are great, friendly, respectful of property etc. I usually order every year or so and dont use much oil because i heat with wood. My boiler goes out the other day so naturally i call Georges for a service call. They tell me they only service "their customers" and since its been over a year since last delivery "its obvious i am ordering elsewhere" and therefore i am not a customer. I guess after 10 years i will be getting my oil elsewhere! Thanks again to everyone there that is not answering the phone and dealing with "customers" My last delivery was 4/23/25 Ticket # 20163...within a year, and obviously not 16 months as the OWNER states... So customer service is 1 star, now owner 1 star. Other employees 5 s

Worst fuel supplier in the area. They will damage your property then deny it and get an attitude instead of apologizing. They have no respect for anyone's property and will park out of their way instead of using the large space left for them to use and then proceed to run their oil hose over your vehicles causing rubber scuffs along the entire length of your vehicle if lucky but if unlucky they will probably also cause physical damage as well. To anyone using this provider I wish you luck with all of the cleaning and repairs of any damages caused by these incompetent people.

UPDATE: Dropping down to one star given the company’s response to my original review. Lie #1: The company was told that my situation was “not a fire department emergency but was a George’s emergency” (exact quotes) since we were without heat. Lie #2, George’s was told that they did not need to come for service the next morning because another company had already come and corrected the issue in the time that it took them to call back. And lastly, we were finally given the special in August after calling about 3-4x over the three month period because they were reluctant to honor the special….they only reluctantly honored it after our persistence in convincing them that we only received oil from their company for 2 years. My parents have been with George's since his Dad ran the business (50+ years!). They always had/have exceptional service with Dad and now son. So, naturally my husband and I followed my parents example when we bought our home and I have to say, they have not disappointed us! We are locked in to a great capped price and automatic delivery and couldn't be happier given the current situation going on with the exorbitant prices I have seen people paying!

We have been using George’s Fuel Inc. for a few years now and they have been nothing but wonderful to work with!! Always so prompt with service and courteous! We recommend George’s to all our friends and family in the area!
