Georgia Right of Way

On my way to work there was heavy traffic and I was behind the work truck shown in my pictures. At some point the driver put on what I believe were caution lights since they were blinking off and on and this was a work truck for cutting down trees or some kind of tree work. These were bright led bulbs blinking every 2 seconds. As you can imagine they were blinding as they are meant to get your attention for caution of dangerous work being performed. The driver left them on for 15 stright minutes! I had to put my visor down as the lights were hurting my eyes. During traffic we had to make turns on to roads and they were still on in front of me. If i could leave a minus 10 I would. This company came out to my property today and left me a voicemail when they arrived. Without waiting to hear back, they came onto my property through my privacy gates and cut down a butterfly bush with a nest of baby birds, leaving a mess on the ground of limbs. The bush that was cut down only needed to be trimmed, not completely cut down. Every other time it has been trimmed back, not cut, as evidenced by the size of the trunk on the bush. Their website emphasizes minimizing environmental impact, which could not be further from the truth. Had Cole/Kory waited on me to return his call this entire fiasco could have been avoided. Normally they are great. Till they broke the rules( did not have a guy guiding the driver of a truck) and messed up my fence.
