Jorge helped me understand the quality of each product to ensure we got the best for the money we paid. He finished in a timely manner and actually faster than anticipated. I needed some low cost carpet for a small rental I own in Upland. Not living in the area, I called a couple of places and they all sounded too expensive and not too anxious about such a small job. Thought I'd go to Home Depot, but their installation is not free unless your order is $699.00 or more (currently anyway). Then I ran across an ad from Geo's. I called them about 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday and the owner met me at my rental 3 hours later. I picked a carpet I was pleased with and they got it installed within 48 hours. Fair carpet for a great price and installation done fast and well. I highly recommend Geo's.

If I could give 1 star I definitely would! I was so disappointed in the customer service I was provided with. Not only was Geo and his wife (plus kids) 30min late to our appointment for an estimate, he was incredibly rude. His wife had given me a price (on the certain carpet I was interested in) right in front of him in store and when they went to my house, it was completely different. The communication was very poor. He was rude to my mom and he had no intentions of making anything right. I was in need of carpet since we had already ripped it all out. It was like he saw dollar signs when he saw my house and changed his pricing. I don’t know what his deal was that day but I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
