Travis Adams was the consummate professional. He arrived at our home at the agreed upon time, then did a thorough inspection for us. He presented his findings in a manner that was easy to follow and included pictures and video as well. I also wanted to acknowledge the professionalism of Joshua Jimenez as well. He assisted Travis upon his return to treat my home for termites. Both of these guys were phenomenal. They represented Getem Services well. Again, we highly recommend this company. Great job!

Today was my first experience with Getem Services and I must say I was impressed. I had a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space of my 1600 square foot ranch in Norfolk. The technician, Andrew, was on time, polite and professional. He answered a few questions I had before starting the job, which took almost 3 hours to complete. When he was finished he showed me pictures of the completed job and everything looked great. He took away remnants of the old plastic and debris from under the house and left everything neat and clean. I am very pleased with the final result and the overall experience.

We have been using Getem Services for the past four years, and their staff continues to be reliable and extremely responsive to any problem or pest that might pop up. Our technician Kevin, who has been servicing our home during this entire time, is always professional, punctual, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and answer any questions we have. His work and attention to detail during every visit is second to none, and we always appreciate his help.

Andrew helped us with an unfortunate rat infestation in our crawlspace. He was extremely courteous, professional, and diligent. He did a wonderful job and helped us fix the problem super quickly! 10/10 would recommend these guys (especially Andrew)!

Sam W. is an excellent and thorough worker. While I wasn't home when he provided the service, I could see him hard at work via my security system's camera. I love the service that Getem provides. I highly recommend him and Getem.
