GGA Roofing

Jacob had knocked on my door when I was in the middle of doing an insurance claim for storm damage on my roof. He was doing what an intelligent company would do and looking for customers who needed their type of service. He noticed the damage and answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I had dealt with claims on my roof before by myself and was not satisfied with the results because the insurance companies can be extremely difficult. I was slightly skeptical because of the canvassing nature (door knocking) that we had met. But it made sense for their business and it seemed appropriate for a go getter type of company and representative. I thought it might be a good idea to have someone else who would be more motivated and knowledgeable to handle the claim this time. Ja

GGA came to my place back last year when I had hail damage to my house and Jacob gave me the run down on how they would come and repair everything. Roof siding etc.. we'll I got a new roof out of the deal, but my siding is still not fixed and they refuse to answer my calls voicemails etc... so It was a hard lesson to learn on my part you cant trust knowone anymore !!!

JUST DON'T! 0/10 would not recommend. The "manufacturer's no clog money back guarantee" is a lie. When I requested my money back, I was told that the "no clog" only applies to the pipes and not the gutter guards. So anything that clogs the gutter guards (but not the pipes beneath the guards) is the consumers problem, not the manufacturer's. So basically, you're better off removing the gutters entirely than having these installed. Salesman might be nice and give a discount but installers are 100% SLAP DASH. Gaps between every panel. They hammered in the ends of my gutters to try and close the GAPS at the ends. Came back to “fix it” and just screwed extra mesh overlapping the gaps. Left screws and hardware and metal trimming on my roof lawn and driveway. Really poor job done. Rain is now p

GGA Roofing took the extra steps to make sure our wind damage was going to be covered through insurance, communicating with the reps and us about next steps. Jamie, Alan and the build team were great, completing the roof in a day and cleaned up our yard after to remove nails and other debris.

I strongly regret buying Gutter Guards from GGA. Every company in this industry is full of snakes and sharks - but GGA takes the cake. They sell you a poor product and then absolutely refuse to take calls or honor your warranty. I had immediate issues they would not fix. You CANNOT reach anyone here, ever, and they will not call back. I even found the local service manager's cell phone and he responded once and then ignored me - never coming out to fix the issue. They have closed all Southeast shops and leaving customers in the dust with a crap warranty and a crap product. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work with this company. Truly horrible experience start to finish.
