When Jay first came out to Worcester to look at my hilly backyard he shook his head at the possibility of putting a pool in a backyard with no driveway and no access to heavy machinery to install it but kept an open mind and I talked with him and I explained my situation and before you knew it they started planning and measuring the site. Within a month they had the materials delivered and within 2 months had the pool completed ! I had it built this past Fall so the pool lining and filter still need to be added but I am very excited to have the pool started and can't wait for this Winter to end and for Spring to arrive so they can finish it and I can jump into (no diving) my new Gibraltar Pool. I got a few quotes for pools this past spring. To be honest Gibraltar didn’t even come in as our cheapest option BUT Peter was the most attentive and professional out of the bunch. Explained every little detail about the pool. he Had patience to answer all of my many questions, and still does! Our Pool has been installed and i still feel comfortable reaching out to Peter and his crew at any time with more questions and they have been so helpful and wonderful. Gibraltar pools has done an incredible job installing our pool and working with us. It did take a long time but patience is worth the wait. We called and submitted requests online last spring/summer, during the pandemic, but they were over whelmed with requests. We persevered, and reached out earlier this spring and we made contact and our pool was delivered earlier than promised, and it was going be be installed earlier than promised because they were doing right by us for waiting since last year. Unfortunately, not their fault the installer here in Maine was in a terrible accident a beam from a Barn he was fixing fell on him and fractured his shoulder and ribs. bought pool in 2022, they came over and explain all the work but never mention about electric permit, they also pulled the building permit under my own name without my knowledge, after pool installation was all done i called then and they just told me to call the city and ask for the inspection myself, i mean u guys pull the permit and wants me to do your work by calling then and then realize that u guys never told me to get the electric permit myself, you guys did told me that u will apply for all permit and i would just need to pay for the cost, when installing the pool you should know that the electric was not done right but they just ignored and finish all the work without letting me know about it. called then few times to see if they would do anything about it, they just keep saying
