Stocker Oil Inc.

Sorry Stocker, but we're in the market for a new oil company. We were not happy with "automatic" deliveries this winter that we had to call to trigger and when we finally rec'd a delivery, the tank was basically empty so we get whacked with a gigantic bill. Also, last email was unreturned. Signs that it's time to move on...prior year was fine, not sure what may have changed this year but we don't need the extra stress of a super cold weekend with only an 1/8th of oil in our tank.

I am writing this review again because I am not sure my previous review got posted since I think I pushed the wrong key. Tom, from Stocker Oil, replaced my heating system today and I am very happy with his work. Tom has been to my home in the past to service my system and he is always knowledgeable friendly, and professional. Today's experience was just as positive as in the past. Tom explained what he was doing and answered my questions. I have been a customer of Stocker Oil for many years and have always been satisfied with everyone I have met and/or spoken to on the phone. They are always friendly and courteous, and their results are wonderful. I would highly recommend this company!

Stocker oil installed my energy efficient gas Bosch heater at a fair price and did a great job!! About a year and a half after they installed it they decided to move away from Gas heating installation. Just around that time one of the pipes connected to the heater started to leak. It wasn’t a huge problem but if it was left alone for too long could become one. I called them and they came out and fixed it for free even though it was just passed their 1 year labor warranty and they weren’t working on that type of product anymore!!! They serviced the heater for me as well, which I paid for, and gave me references of other businesses that would work on it going forward. I was very impressed by their honesty and fairness!!! They do business ethically. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Stocker Oil is excellent, in every fashion: - customer service - customer satisfaction - professionalism - knowledge - execution After almost three months of attempting to get two nests (learning thermostats) to work in out house, we decided to go the route of Honeywell. On the Honeywell 'find a pro installer' site - which is terribly organized, btw - there were 7+ pages of pros. I came across Stocker Oil; they seemed relatively local, and after reading some reviews on other sites, I decided to give them a call. The receptionist took the time to fully/completely understand my issue, and then transferred me to the correct department. We requested different quotes to 5 companies for furnace/boiler and minisplits and Stocker was our best option. Tom was very professional and he helped us with the best solution for AC and heat replacement. They did all the job in only 3 days!!!
