I hired Leal to repair water damage on my kitchen ceiling. I submitted an online request for a quote late at night and Marcus responded within minutes and came out to my house the next morning to assess the damage. He and his team went above and beyond from start to finish. He helped me to troubleshoot the cause of the water damage and was very thorough, making sure nothing went unchecked. He started the work right away and even worked late at night and through the weekend to make sure the job was done as soon as possible. He also went out of his way to make sure my shower was completely water proof after repairing the tile and plumbing problems that had caused the water damage and polished the glass shower door. We had a great experience working with Marcus from LEAL Restoration. We needed to replace our shower and once the tiles were taken off, we discovered mold. Thankfully Marcus was able to come quickly and get the job done. I appreciate that he was also able to fix the ceiling below the shower. Be clear about the construction as many other places will not do it. We were satisfied with the repair work that he did. He was professional, fast and his work was very neat and clean. I used Marcus' services for mold restoration. Marcus was able to locate and remediate the mold very easily without needing to open an the entire wall and create a big mess. He worked quickly and was very knowledgable about mold damage. He was very clean and made sure he did not leave a mess at the end. I would definitely use Leal for other jobs in the future.
