Amazing work at an affordable price! I first used Gibson & Associates for a major basement dig out and remodel after a flood at our row house in Baltimore city. Following several frustrating interactions with other contractors, I was excited to hire Chris and his team from G&A. I found them to be consistent, honest, and reliable, and they finished the project on time and within budget. They were also willing to accommodate some last minute changes and special requests as the project was nearing completion. Since then I have used Gibson & Associates for all of our remodeling and repair projects, including another major job at our new house in Roland Park. Guests are always complimenting the work, and I am always happy to recommend Gibson and Associates to any friends or visitors who ask.

Completed a full bathroom addition in our historic Baltimore City row home with Gibson and Associates (used separate architect services to plan the removal of a hallway and some closet space). They were communicative and easy to speak with through the 6-week process and I would absolutely recommend. Also, while unforeseen issues can occur with any home project, Chris, Carlos, and the team made sure that the one major problem we encountered was resolved quickly without adding any delay to the planned timeline.

Had some metal wrapping work done to cover lead-painted features on my 1920s house in Baltimore. Chris was easy to work with and very responsive. His team did great work for a very reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend.

Can't say enough good things about Chris and his crew. They did a large list of things at my house including a new door and some concrete work for water mitigation. The time they took to make sure everything was done right was impressive! They were there for questions and concerns. Competitively priced and will definitely use again for upcoming projects!

He advised me on the steps I needed to take to get the Lead Free certification saving me a ton of extra work in the future.
