Ordered from them twice in the matter of days. Even during snow, they called and advised they were going to be delayed a day or so. Great communication! Driver was extremely friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It was a true pleasure working with Gibson Grounds. I placed an online order and was contacted that day to ensure I had space for the dump truck. A few hours later I realized I put the wrong date so I sent a quick email and the called me back within 5 minutes and confirmed the change. The day of delivery I was called again asking if the 2 types of topsoil I ordered were for the same project and if so they would mix them for me. The driver called when he was on his way and dumped the soil right where I wanted. It was nice supporting a small business and my experience with them was top notch. Would use again in the future.

Wood doesnt appear to be seasoned eventhough it was advertised as such. The firewood doesn't burn properly. I can feel moisture in the wood. Some of the logs I had left sitting inside on a rack for three days and were still noticably damp. Wood was delivered on a dry day and immediately stacked and covered. I gave it a few days as it may have been just a few logs but every piece of wood has notable moisture. I will be checking the moisture content shortly to confirm.

I had a home project that required about 6 yards of 3/4 river rock and Gibson Grounds had one of the best quality I had seen in the area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs, as I own a small truck and could only pick up smaller loads at a time. They did offer me delivery which I definitely would have taken however I just had a new driveway installed so I was limited on weight. Overall I am very pleased with both the service and quality of product offered by Gibson Grounds.

We ordered firewood. The price was the lowest and the delivery the quickest. The person we spoke to was very sweet.
