Called Shore Septic to have our septic pumped out. 2 of the most polite and professional gentlemen came and in no time had the job done. Excellent company.

I was surprised when I used the online service request, that I had received an email reply rather quickly. We were able to set up a septic tank cleaning service and communicate through email. It was super easy and convenient for me. On the day of the appointment they arrived on time and got right to work. Professional and friendly, most importantly did a great job and had us "Back in Business" in no time. We talked about adding a service riser hatch to the top of the tank. It was something I thought about a while ago. The price was quoted was fair and we set up another appointment to install the riser. Sure enough they arrived on time and got right to work. He fit us into their schedule so quickly and came out to inspect the issue at no charge to give us an estimate. After purchasing the home we scheduled some repairs and are more than pleased with their performance. These guys are HONEST and don’t try to take advantage of you like some companies will. I honestly can’t wait to use them in the future.
