I own a vacation rental property that I have operated for 5 years. I have gone through 2 cleaning companies before I found Natalie's Precision Cleaning. Going with Natalie this summer was the best decision I have made. Their crews are extremely thorough, prompt, courteous, and have always adjusted to my busy rental schedule. I gave Natalie a checklist the first time we met at my rental property. Her crews always follow the checklist. My last 2 cleaning companies were given the same checklist, and I always had to go behind them and take care of all the items they missed or failed to do. Our family have a cabin in Kent county that is not used frequently and was full of cobwebs, dust, & pollen. Natalie and her team came in and shined the space so much that our kiddo who has dust allergies was absolutely fine over a long weekend without he usual medications. Her team have been a blessing to us and allow us to enjoy the space so much more. With two working parents & busy teenagers, our family simply wasn’t doing a thorough job keeping the house cleaned - having someone we can trust to take care of our home cleaning give us time to spend with our family enjoying the beauty of the Chesapeake instead of fighting over chores.

Natalie and her team clean and do so much more at the Airbnb our family owns which is over 8k sq. ft. I’ve been in direct contact with her since the onset. Be it checking the hot tub for needed chemicals, gathering debris from a Chesapeake Bay storm to putting up and decorating the Christmas tree she’s been very responsive and genuinely takes pride in the property. The quick turns between guests is a small window at times and she always pulls it off. The little touches she incorporates into the process gives the property a much more homey feel of which we receive compliments. She’s an integral part of the process and I highly recommend her services as she’s receptive to suggestions, easy to get along with and goes above and beyond as we live 2-1/2 hours away.
