Brian returned my frantic call of my well pump went out within a half an hour. He told me he was out of town but would call his son. He called me that afternoon saying he'd be there between 3 and 4. He was there at 315. Gave me a ballpark price and told me tomorrow around 830. 730 the next morning he said he'd be there within the hour and he was. We had water an hour and a half later under the ballpark price. I had a question and texted him. He called me within 10 minutes of the text. Brian is a little rough around the edges but that man returned a call on a Saturday. He did everything he said he'd do. Some companies never returned my call. One company returned my call on Monday. Called with an emergency leak on my well, they answered immediately and were at my house within 30 minutes. Fixed the issue and gave advice for future issues.

Called to have my well issues diagnosed. Brian arrived within 1 hour, explained what the problems were. New pressure switch, brass fittings and pressuring of bladder, good to go, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Brian Sunde knows his stuff! Accommodating, yet firm and fair. No one wants to see a backhoe on their lawn and he made the experience almost pain free. Took the time to do the job right; his patience saved us an even more costly repair. He was informative and understanding, even joked with our kid. Highly recommended! 2024 Update: We've had to call back twice in the last month for well repairs. My prior review stands, they are professional and provide good service, but folks living in 2024 need an option to pay with debit or credit card and they will only accept cash or check. If you don't have cash or check immediately for the service, call another company that has more flexible payment options.

I am not sure who I spoke to, but I called about my parents well not working and asked if they could take a look. I didn't have much information to give him as it was not my well. He explained that there would be a service fee and that he may not be able to fix it depending on the issue. He came out and fixed the issues within the hour and at a reasonable price.
