Heads up to any subcontractors thinking about working with Gillam & Associates Inc. - proceed with caution! We did a job for them back on February 10th, 2025, and still haven’t seen a dime for our work. For over a month, we’ve been chasing payment and getting the classic “check is in the mail” runaround. Turns out they won’t pay you until they get paid from their client. It’s March 14th now, and we’re still waiting for our money. Just wanted to share our experience so others know what they might be getting into.”
