Ehan and his coworker were prompt, knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly. Ethan left oil filled electric heaters for us the week before our furnaces were replaced, so we could stay warm. They did an awesome job making sure we got what we needed, in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their furnace.

Had them come check out our a/c unit as it was not working and he was there 5 minutes and told me my unit is outdated from 2000 and needs to be replaced, understandable, gave me a price and a bill for 200$… for what? Called PGA and they sent someone out right away he found a leak brazed it and filled the unit back up for 600$. Not sure if Gilray knows what they’re doing but they weren’t very helpful for 200$, definitely recommend checking elsewhere.

We had a boiler from the mid-90's that decided not to draft properly and vented CO into our house at 2:30AM. Gilray came out quickly later that morning and we decided to upgrade to a high efficiency boiler with it's own air intake and exhaust. They were able to fit us into their schedule and about 10 days after the incident we have a brand new HE Boiler. Their install looks very clean and they were able to answer any of our questions beforehand. We are very pleased with the finished product and how quickly they were able to order and install the new boiler as the weather is getting colder. My wife an I would highly recommend Gilray Heating and Cooling as they were very professional and did great work for us!

We called to have our furnace inspected since it was acting up on a Monday. The Friday night leading up to the appointment the furnace died and our home warranty company wasn’t using Gilray. We forgot to cancel the appointment so the appointment was kept and I felt terrible. The tech was very understanding about my husband and I getting our lines crossed and charged us a fair rate for his time. He was also very patient even when he got stuck in our driveway due to snow. We need more people and companies like this!

Our gas furnace has been leaking water since early fall when we first turned it on for the season. Multiple attempts to schedule with a different provider, recommended by a friend, were unsuccessful. I left my name and information several times, and never received call-back. Low on cash, I decided to use up whatever firewood, heating the house by fireplace for the season instead. Running out of wood early, I again attempted to contact Gilray's competition, as the amount of water leaking from the furnace had significantly increased. Kindly, a representative from Wills called me back stating they were extremely backed up and had decided not to take any new customers. I went online to research other providers. Based on customer feedback, I chose Gilray. I called and provided my information.
