GK Homes and Roofing

We had GK homes put a new roof on our home to help sell it. That was least stressful part of selling the house. Garret is very detail oriented. He came to our home several times before the installation date to ensure the process went smoothly. He also came by several times after it was installed to inspect it, make sure the cleanup was done correctly, and even got with my neighbor to remove a few shingles that fell into their backyard. Garret is genuine and whether you pick his company or not, you would do well to at least have him give you an estimate and let him win you over himself. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience.

Garret and his company have done an amazing job repairing our tile roof and installing solar fans to pull the heat and humidity out of our attic spaces. They are punctual, honest and Garret personally has followed up multiple times to make sure everything they did has exceeded my expectations. This company gets craftsmanship and customer service.
