They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived promptly and worked with impressive efficiency and attention to detail. Outstanding from start to finish with a great deal of attention paid to every detail. The amount of swift communication back and forth before the install date with my project manager John to iron out specifics about materials and prices was extraordinary. Definitely no rush job here nor any hint of "not having the time" for small questions. After the initial estimate, I decided to have them replace my soffits and fascia as well, and there were a number of possibilities and prices that needed to be gone over beforehand. Met three times prior to awarding the job to GKontos. They took the extra time to come back and ensure that the materials (including skylights) were exactly what we were looking for and replaced the current ones perfectly. Communication was superior with all members of their team. Roofing is not an inexpensive item, but GKontos was right on the same numbers as the other three quotes I had gotten.

From start, when they checked the roof both outside and in the attic, to finish, when the new roof was in place and the grounds entirely cleared of debris, the Kontos team was professional.
