Rick is great! We needed some balancers replaced on a few windows. He performed the repairs quickly and thoroughly, ensuring the windows glide smoothly. He’s friendly and took his shoes off before entering, without even asking. I appreciate guys like Rick. He knows what he’s doing and you’ll be lucky to have him handle your service requests.

Perfect installation of massive custom French doors, many other companies told us that we couldn’t have it retrofitted into a previous spot, Glass West made it work and saved me $3000 from other quotes. I had a doggy door installed into my sliding glass door. Wow! It looked amazing, well made and it is so nice to be able to secure my slider without the insert blocking it. Glass West was amazing to work with and had great customer service!

Rick and Brian were not only friendly but fast. My new window looks amazing. They listened to my actual issue (being a leak somewhere) so they made sure to double address the issue with the new window. The service was affordable and I’m very happy with the results. I have other windows that need updating or repair so I will be a returning customer. :)
