Glassman Corporation

This is the most responsive customer service I've received from an HVAC company! They respond, they show up as promised, and they communicate. I've used them to install new HVAC and to service existing systems. I highly recommend them!

My parents went through Glassman to get an A.C. unit fixed during the summer time one of the worst experiences we have been through with such a big company. They sent a young man out to fix said unit obviously new, but who's to judge when it comes to getting cold air during this time. 2 days after "fixing" the unit it stopped working. We tried to call during the weekend multiple times like we had to get the unit fixed Monday ( payed a weekend fee the first time ) no calls returned. Called another business,they were also busy but called as soon as they were done. They checked the unit with some spit on their fingers to a valve, instantly bubbles were coming out. Glassman did not tighten the valve down or put the cap on causing all the Freon to escape (6ibs). The 2nd company got it fixed and

Had my small business walk in freezer fixed within hours. Have used them multiple times. Will continue to use them.

Needed hot water replaced, arrived, replaced, hauled off old heater. Friendly, knowledgeable, excellent service to home in Colby. Matt and partner did an excellent job!!!!!

Don’t waste your time calling Glassman. I called the new Colby office at 1pm Tuesday for service on my ac. Lady took my info and said she would have the dispatcher call me and get me taken care of. No call Tuesday or Wednesday. Eventually I called Traser in Quinter who provided outstanding and prompt service. Definately recommend Traser.
