Great customer service from the front desk to the guys in production. I walked in with my desired measurements from the architectural plans, I walked out with the items I needed to complete the project. Highly recommend these guys, extremely helpful knowledgeable and efficient. Their workshop speaks for itself.

I had brand new stairs installed by Glenrock stairs in 2017, it is now 2023, all of my steps every single step is separating at the tread, where the bullnose meets the tread. I had called Glenrock stairs in regards to coming out to see if the can repair them. Of course not free of charge, no one returns your call.the receptionist is horribly nasty and treats customer like you are annoying them and inconveniencing them. Their response when I explained the situation, “ our work is only warranted for a year” I said I understand that, I’m not looking for free work, I am in need of you to come out and repair the issue! “ sorry we don’t do repair work. But you installed it? “Um like I said we don’t do repair work, but I’ll pass your message along and see if anyone can have an answer for you! 4 w

Had a great experience with Glen Rock Stairs, I needed a new stair case, which I decided on last minute during my home renovation. They turned the job around in less than two weeks, install set up and process was smooth and the stairs came out exactly how we wanted. I would definitely use them again.
