I had an issue with my furnace, so I called for their service. They later contacted me to update their ETA. Marian came to fix the issue, and he had an excellent manner when visiting someone’s home. He was very gentle, explained the problem clearly, and took his time to evaluate everything. He was meticulous and friendly. I’m glad to have them as our HVAC team here in Franklin Lakes.

Incredibly disappointed in this company. A year or so ago we had a great experience with Oltrom. Quick response and very helpful appointment. Flash forward to about a month ago. We wanted our AC serviced and my husband and I both called and left messages. A week went by without a call back to either of us. I called again and got A very nice woman on the phone. She scheduled a date to have our unit serviced and told me she will call me that morning to give me a timeframe. The day came and went without a phone call from Oltrom. I called three times and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I left a message and have not heard back. I'm giving two stars because our previous appointment with them was wonderful but I can't recommend them now as I don't feel they value their customers.

Called them for furnace maintenance, Adrian came out and did a phenomenal job. Very professional and clean. Also helped address a weird sound that was coming from our unit. Would definitely recommend them
