Glenneyre Carpets

Had date and time locked in with a 2 hour window. My husband waited for them as I had a doctors appointment. After I was finished, I saw that I had a missed blocked call from an 833 number. Called and was told that since no one had answered, they went to another job. After 2 more calls to them, they said they could send someone later that day, which they did. The $45/room quote turned into $200… cash or Venmo only. Really? Sounds shady and like a tax dodge to me. The carpet was left so wet, it took 2 days to dry. I chose this company because I thought it was local, but I believe it’s just a call center that dispatches freelancers that have the equipment. Not even a company name on the receipt.

Seriously looks like I have brand new carpets! I was quoted a price and they kept the price the same when I forgot to tell them to clean the bathroom carpets. Very nice and the tech was so easy to work with. I highly recommend and will use them again.

The tech was very thorough in explaining and identify trouble spots that we had. He treated everything accordingly and gave us valuable tips for treating stains in the future. Im so impressed. 5 stars!! Glenneyre Carpets - 5 stars from me!!

Tech were so helpful & very thorough! My carpets had a lot of stains, and my variety looks amazing compared to how it was! and would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.

Overall experience was great! Spoke with the Owner to discuss a quote. He was very patient and explained all services that would fit my needs. We agreed on a very reasonable price for the service and scheduling, on their website, was very easy.
