My favorite spot in Laguna Beach. Kids can play in the park, wife can get a tan while hubby flies a kite or plays some volleyball. Weekend parking is tight but weekdays and afternoons are generally easy to find parking

I paid online but received a citation because my parking permit was not displayed. How can you have a physical paper to display when you pay online? I've purchased many parking permits online in various cities, and the system recognizes that I've paid. I don't carry a printer with me to print a document, so I can display it in the car. This is so wrong.

Easy access no problems getting in and out

Beware parking here. If you are going to be subject to trying to fit in a spot and slightly over the line, you will pay not only the parking fee but them quadruple in a fine. While this feels like a great place to park when visiting Laguna Beach the city owns this garage and exploits the municipal code with random citations no other government agency in the country uses. As this garage has and continues to have this issue, they have taken no action to update there non standard compact parking spots, or have the citation officer prevent people from parking cattywompusly. So whether you have genuine intentions to park where you can fine a spot on a busy day, I suggest you pick another place in the city or visit another beach town.

You need to pay 12 usd for 2 hours and 40 minutes and can't stay more than 3 hours. Some parking spaces are very small and medium size cars can't be parked properly. So do your best to find space where your car wheels won't touch the space lines otherwise you will get ticket. The good thing is that this lot is only 3 minutes away from the beach
