Glide Window Cleaning

Alonso did a great job! He was extremely thorough with our window cleaning service and made sure everything looked spotless before he left. The windows look amazing, and the attention to detail really shows. I would highly recommend Glide Cleaners and will definitely be using them again!

RUN!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They don't dry your windows and tell you they will dry spot free. These pictures are taken the day of my service after they "cleaned my windows". They try to lock you into a contract. When you are not satisfied even if they send someone out for a redo they still look the same. And that is if they do. With my second service I spoke with them the following day (within their 7 days) and no one was sent out. I would never have chosen to do a second service if they did not threaten a cancellation fee. They told me after two services I could cancel without a fee. But they still charged a cancellation fee. The contract is to lock you into their sub rate cleaning. Don't do it.

The technician came and washed the exterior windows but did not dry or squeegee the excess water off the windows. Now all the windows have terrible spots all over them. I would appreciate someone coming to remove all the dirty spots on the windows.

I would never recommend this company. This is the 3rd service they have done for us and every time it has been unsatisfactory. The pricing is way to high for the quality of service you receive. The employees are nice and polite but the quality of service ends there. This time they did the inside. One guy used shoe covers, the other walked thru our home in his work boots. They dripped water on our hardwood floors, left dirty drips in all the frames, did not wipe any of the sills, and did not do a couple of our basement windows at all. For a $300 fee, they were in our home less than 15 minutes. That is after they showed up 2 and a half hours early with no call to say they were coming. I would never recommend Glide Window Cleaning to anyone!
