Today I witnessed an act of kindness and professionalism that completely changed how I view this company and it will genuinely stay with me long after today. An elderly woman’s motorized scooter lost power while she was trying to cross a busy intersection. She was stranded in the middle of traffic, unable to move, with cars backing up around her. Horns were going off and drivers were swerving around her instead of stopping to help. Then a van from Global Air pulled into the intersection. The driver made a split-second decision, drove through the light, and positioned his van to block traffic completely. Then he stepped out. Have used Global Air Conditioning for 10 years now. Thru hurricanes, breakdowns ( and installation of a new system ) these wonderfull people have never let me down!! From Mary and others in the office to all the fabulous technicians who have come to my home to service the unit , I could not be more pleased! Today was no exception. A kind man named John Gokey came to do the 6 month service on the unit. The unit had been acting up and I thought it might be an expensive fix, perhaps requiring an additional appointment. But John found the problem in the drainage pipe. In addition he proactively replaced a wire that might become a problem later on. I am so extremely impressed with John ! Professional, thorough and friendly. Love Global Air!

Vinny the service tech was very proficient and pleasant. He knew what issues could be the problem and checked what he thought was the cause. He was right, changed out the parts and was up and running. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I’ve been with Global for about three years and everyone who has come out exhibited the same characteristics.

This was my first experience with an A/C company. One word, SUPURB! From my first contact with Mary who set up appointment to Nick, service tech was , OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend Global Air Conditioning! I will be setting up a service contract straight away!
