Royal AC/Heating is an excellent company. I have used their services since 2012 and have NEVER been disappointed. I recommend the twice yearly service contract which kept my equipment running perfectly and efficiently. My over 16 year old unit recently needed replacement and everything was scheduled and installation provided with utmost care.

The Royal AC team is amazing, per usual. We've been using them exclusively for 5 years since they installed our unit. Kaleb came to do a maintenance and thermostat install. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the thermostat we purchased from a third party. Royal AC was very kind about it and worked with us regarding the issue. Thank you Kaleb and Royal AC :)

New A/C install in June was much needed - first call to Royal they were here installing within 2 days! It has worked perfectly from day one! Just had my free Intensive check-up this week.. very thorough & professional service man - extreamly pleased!!

Call due to A/C not working found a part was not working. Replaced part and it is working great. Fast response time and quick maintenance. The foreign part was under warranty however they prove to not be reliable. US made part was used a replacement. Had to pay as well as service call since our contract is for two maintenance calls per year. Great Job!

New A/C unit I liked Royal because they listened to some of the problems I had experienced with the old A/C unit and made suggestions that improved the way I can easily add vinegar and water once a month to the drain. They also brought unit up to code and professionally installed the unit. They came back quickly on two occasions to adjust the fan speed for me. They also came on time for the job. I would definitely recommend this company.
