We are very pleased with our new furnace! Mike was very helpful after our furnace stopped working. We had a choice of fixing the old furnace (that never was adequate for our home and was getting very old) with a new motor or replace it. We never felt pressured and Mike was very respectful. Now we have the most consistent and accurate heat throughout our home! He clearly knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work and we felt his price was reasonable as well. Mike was extremely helpful in diagnosing my AC. I've had problems for years and different opinions from other companies. He had a logical approach and was very transparent of potential cost, plans, etc... He was receptive to concerns and discussed his reasoning for the project. Mike was correct and the project was done in no time and at a fraction of the cost that others had implied! I went 8 years without air because of poor opinions and the thought that I'd likely have to tear our my ceiling to get the job done. Mike came over the same day I called, reviewed the situation, and had my air conditioner up and cooling within minutes. He also checked out the whole unit and provided excellent service to resolve some minor issues. He even provided helpful recommendations on what I needed to do to get my humidifier back up and running. Great guy and superb service. Highly recommended!
