Glonax became totally unresponsive after asking for a resolution to my bathroom tile not draining properly due to slope. They gave me one response, saying it is a slow drain and we need a plumber, see video - it is the tile. It is not sloped correctly, the water does not clear! I am also very disappointed with how they installed the tile and how you can see the grids. Additionally, someone on their crew sent unsolicited and inappropriate messages in the middle of the night to our property manager. Completely unprofessional. Simply can not recommend this contractor.

Ludmila, Orlin and the entire crew do such beautiful work. I had them Power-wash, sand, stain and paint the railings on my deck. I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend this company to everyone who is looking for high quality work, professionalism and getting the job done quickly. They are extremely reasonably priced as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MESSY. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS .. Horrible job painting and very messy. I hired them to do interior painting job and the did not use plastic or tape. Paint all over the windows, the lights,the brand new door hinges on all doors as well as the new door locks. They got paint spray all over brand new kitchen cabinets. The got over spray all over newly painted laundry concrete floor. I gave the chance to come fix issues on Saturday 5/31 and they said they would be out between 9-9:30 in morning. When they were late I texted owner and she said they are running late and she would text later in day to let me know what time they would come.
