I've been dealing with roof leaks off and on for 11 years since Glory Bound Roofing replaced my roof. I called Gene Creel twice and left messages about the leaks, but he did not return my calls. Instead, he said he didn't recall any messages from me. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this business as they are unreliable.

Thank you to Gene, he was reliable and very effecient at fixing our roof problem, I will highly recommend anyone in need of roofing issue to trust that Gene will do a great job. Thank you

I obtained three estimates from various sized roofers who install metal roofing and I selected Glory Bound Roofing to install two metal roofs because 1) they came in with lowest estimate and 2) I like to support small businesses. The owner was very responsive throughout the process, including delays we encountered. The roofs look awesome.

Quality of workmanship was poor.. Contact with the company never responded to my ongoing leak problems in a timely.. There lack of detail workmanship cause my roof to leak for years. Because they put chalk at my chimney base and did not seal or new plywood support.. or put flashing around that base ...I hired another company to fixed the problem.. Glory bond never returns calls or texts .They pulled back the shingles showed me pictures of there lack of details and showed me what the didn't do . Just caulk under the shingles ...No metal flashing support around the base .He keep blaming a storm collar..Why didn't he put one on when they did the roof..Gene keep blaming the storm collar...He promised me one but he never came back The problem was there workmanship at the base of the collar...Ge

I moved into a house that this guy installed a new roof on.I had a leak and since the warranty was still active, I called him. He did respond and appeared to address the leak which was at the skylight. We'll the next rain clearly indicated that he caused a more intensive leak than the first leak. Water was now pouring in my living room. I contacted my insurance company and a few adjusters, along with some roofers showed up to inspect . They quickly concurred that it was poor wokmanship and that I did not have a claim . Fast forward 5 years. Now I have another leak in my other skylight and I have to hire another roofer . Do Not Hire this guy!
