Glover And Flack’s Flooring

I chose Glover and Flack Flooring over the big national company because of customer service and price. I needed in home help choosing flooring instead of just constantly bringing home samples. When I walked into the Jefferson store the owner’s wife was there and was just amazing with advice and options. She scheduled Luke to come by our home with samples and he helped us choose the right flooring for our lifestyle including color and design. The installation was smooth and the installers were wonderful. We are so thrilled with our new flooring and have received many compliments! I highly recommend Glover and Flack!!

Luke and his team are amazing to work with. We ordered 3/4" hardwood flooring for our living room. They had to match our existing hardwood floors in our foyer and dining room. Everything came out great! We are very happy with our new living room. We will absolutely be using him again!! Thanks Luke

They helped me pick out the perfect carpet and LVP flooring, matched the colors beautifully, and made sure everything was just right. The installation was smooth and painless, and they left my home spotless. It’s been almost a year now, and everything still looks and feels great. Just had 3 rooms of carpet installed in our Jefferson home. 1st let me say the installers were great and did a great job. I want to also say the experience at Glover and Flack’s Jefferson store was outstanding, with very knowledgeable people. We went to Lowe’s and Home Depot, these stores want to add a price for measuring, different types of pad, carpet and installation. At Glover and Flack’s they prices is on the wall above the carpet which the price includes everything. Also they were cheaper by a good bit from the competition. They only use one pad which is the top of the line. I also forgot to say the people running the store is from Jefferson, which is good to buy from local people and support their business. Just a great overall experience.

I was so happy when they came to Jefferson. They are easy to work with. I couldn’t decide on 4 different colors of laminate flooring. I was given sample boards to take home for a few days. I’m very happy with my floor. They are Professional and friendly and know about the different flooring types and what would be best for homes. Prices are reasonable Workers were neat and clean.
