If you want a pest control service that YOU have to manage this might work for you. The actual technicians and the performance of the services I have no complaints. Admin and scheduling is the worst of any pest control company I have ever dealt with. My first service with them was fine. After that, things went downhill. I had them for about 20 months so should have received 6 services. - You will have to call them to remind them you are due for service. - I scheduled an afternoon service. They didn't show up until 8:30pm. - After a few of the scheduling frustrations and the late night service, I called and complained. They did try to make it right by not charging me for a couple months and they lady said she would specifically call me when my service due. Instead I got a text saying my ser

Mike was our technician today and he went the extra mile to make me and my husband happy with his visit today! He was happy to fulfill all of our requests. I would highly recommend this young man! He did a fantastic job in our home and the exterior!

My technician Chris it’s absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to my previous issues and insured me that there has been no activity. He was very courteous, polite, personable, thorough and informative. Thank you again for your time and service. 🙂

Michael was SO HELPFUL - he came out right away to perform my pest control service and was very reassuring and patient while answering all of my questions. He also helped me get an appointment with another department set up quickly for the next day. Will definitely request him again if I have further issues as he was very professional and knowledgeable!

We live out in the woods so we have a lot of bugs. I did some research before picking Go Forth. They always go above and beyond for us! Had problems with spiders after a spray and they came back no questions asked to respray the area. They are always on time and whoever comes out is always very nice.
