Jennifer, and her very knowledgeable and patient staff, came through for me this past fall. They found the part for my heater in such a stress free manner that I decided to use them to change my liner as well. They truly are a professional pool company that work to alleviate your problems so that you can enjoy what’s important- swimming in your pool! They answer emails at all hours and even work on Saturdays! Can you imagine a pool company that doesn’t work on Saturdays during their high season? Well they are out there. I was a prisoner to such a pool company for many years. I am so looking forward to working with Gold Coast this upcoming seasons and for many seasons to come! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

I would highly recommend Gold Coast. I had a leak in our pool for over 5 years. We replaced the liner and stairs but leak was still there. We contacted Gold Coast who was able to find the leak in the pipes leading to the skimmer. They replaced the pipes and it solved the problem. They had their masons available to replace the bricks surrounding the pool and you would never know any work was ever done. Their crew was excellent. Very professional. I would definitely use them again!

This pool company came highly recommended by the people that installed my pool. We hired Gold Coast to do our weekly maintenance and our closing for last summer. This summer my husband and I opened the pool and discover the crack in the pipe (pictures attached) and came to the conclusion that the pipes were not fully blown out for the closing causing the pipe to crack over winter. We also got other pool companies to tell us their conclusion, which was the same. Water freezes in the pipe causing the pipe if not blown out correctly to crack. So after emailing and phone calls back and forth to Gold Coast, they stated it was not their fault and they would not fix the pipe. Where should I start?? I understand it's Covid , my neighbor had her pool done with a Loop Loc cover. I needed my pool completely redone new liner plumbing .cover. We agreed on the price.$4,500. Once they got there money it was like basically when we get around to it.They came and did there job..I went and bought pizza for her workers..they leave everything looks good. Then one day im raking and I find a broken solar driveway light that they backed over and broke and had the nerve to throw it in the woods!! It"s a $10 dollar lite no biggie it's the Principle. Then the $2,500 cover I put in wasn't installed correctly it's bowing and collecting water..The owner Jen is ALWAYS out in the field..and she says do you have a camera to see if they backed over the light?? And covers do that! Really
