We had a great experience with this company! Brandon met with us on Holidays and Sunday's to accommodate our busy schedules! They were very quick to get started after approval and the large crew finished a big job in just 1 day working 14 hours to get it done! They did an excellent job cleaning up and careful not to damage anything. Tyler and Corey were very personable and attentive throughout the process. Tyler did the final walk-around with me and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction, which it was! We would strongly recommend this company to our family and friends!!

What an awesome experienced crew i had today. I couldn't have asked for a better job they busted butt all day. 31 square 2 layers (62 square) fixed 5 bad sheets and around whole chimney and laid 31 square of new shingles and flashed around 2 chimneys all in one day. The crew and Tyler from Gold Medal roof are TOP NOTCH and an awesome job by Brent C. for the very thorough job on my home inspection and doing all the work with the office dealing with the insurance company. My roof was damaged from a hail storm and I was having trouble working with my insurance company. After meeting with William he was able to get up on the roof with chalk and a camera and identify well over 10 hail hits per square. This documentation combined storm reports were submitted to my insurance company who continued to be unresponsive. After following up on my behalf for almost two months my insurance finally responded and agreed to pay for a full roof replacement. The final result looks great! Also, the crew made sure to pick up almost every single loose nail from around the house.

Our experience with Gold Medal Roofing was incredible. To start with, William Gragg, the sales rep, was top notch. He initially took care of everything with our insurance so we didn't have to. He was very professional yet personable, always available for any questions and never acted like you were a bother. It was definitely him who made our experience hassle free. Everyone we interacted with at the company was a pleasure to work with. Shelly was great with the billing and very helpful. And the crew who actually did the roofing were crazy efficient and amazing to watch. The project manager was also so good at his job. Thank you Gold Medal for a job well done.
