I had the pleasure of working with Dylan and his dad Steven to redo my bathroom. They were amazing every step of the process! They regularly checked in with me and made sure everything was going how I envisioned. I appreciated their suggestions and professionalism. They were respectful of my home and my dogs loved having them around.

Gold Mine Construction did another fantastic job!! Last fall Dylan and crew built our pool deck, while this March they put up a partial privacy fence, black lattice to finish off the bottom of our pool deck and new shed doors, which were falling off. I wish I could give more stars. I recently had my bathroom completely renovated by Dylan and his team and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was punctual, respectful of my space, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire project. They helped me choose materials that matched both my vision and budget, and I especially appreciated their clear communication and willingness to accommodate any changes along the way. They worked around my schedule and were always respectful of my home — including being patient and kind with my child and large dogs. One moment that really stood out was when we unexpectedly lost power during the project due to a bad storm. We were out of power for 3 days

Our roof/gutter system sustained damage from the April 29th wind and hail storm. They responded immediately upon our call. They were a referral from a neighbor who, among many jobs they’ve done to their home, included a gorgeous roof, built out front porch and some interior renovations. Dylan and Steve were patient, kind, honest and forthright with the cost and labor estimate of the job. They prioritized the work given our severe weather forecasts and completed the job, start to finish in less than a week - barring any rain delays. They were impeccably clean. A lot of “storm chasers” out there are notorious for leaving messy job sites (roof nails, etc lying around). WOULD RECOMMEND I feel very lucky to have found Dylan at Gold Mine Construction to help us with some urgent and necessary work on my old 1910 house. He is the last person we got a quote from in a long line (close to ten) of various contractors who either ghosted us or were ridiculously over priced. He handled the entire transaction with my municipality which is somewhat infamous for permitting, lobbying them on our behalf to let him do the work asap since it would be saving our house from a critical failure.
