Needed to replace my aging furnace and add a cooling option. I called several places for quotes. Gold Standard came out very quickly, performed a free consultation and sent me 2 very competitive quotes. Scheduling for installation was pretty easy. On installation day, they showed up on time and were very respectful about keeping my home clean as they went in and out of my crawl space. They used drop cloths as needed and took off shoes in some areas of the house. Installation was smooth and relatively quick and my new heat pump/ furnace combo is working flawlessly so far. We recently had our furnace gas valve replaced with Gold Standard HVAC. The technicians were extremely fast in diagnosing the issue, ordering the part needed, and installation. They were very punctual on timing unlike plenty of other companies. Additionally the pricing was fair for both the part and time/labor.
