Golden Hardwood Floors

David installed part of new floors, refinished my kitchen floor, and re-sanded entire floor of the 3600 sqf house in Saratoga. Now the floor looked like brand new. He is a detail worker and will make corrections if you can find any. He is capable to think a good solution for the current condition of my floor because of his past great working experiences. Anyone can communicate easily with David because he speaks fluently in several languages and he is very polite. In short, David provided a reasonable estimate and try to work with my schedule /condition as best as he could. After work he cleaned the working area well. I am impressed that I do not need to pay too much attention on/after his work. I highly recommend David for any floor jobs.

David was exceptional. He is meticulous with details, repairing several rooms of parquet flooring that had been ruined by a dog-owning tenant. I am 100% happy with his work...plus he showed up when he said and never kept me waiting..I am delighted with my beautifully repaired and sealed (7 coats!) floors
