Recently had two furnaces installed by GV team. Two guys showed up on time were professional and courteous as well as answered all my questions and gave good advice. They kept house clean during and after. We had a follow up visits a few weeks later due to a minor issue. Heath showed up on time and made the minor adjustments quickly. Great guy, thanks so much. Our cats are very happy now.

We have been using GV heating and air for 20 plus years. They have been annually servicing our four rental properties and always professional, reliable and reasonable service. Highly recommend them as we have a long history of great experience with them.

We just had a Lennox furnace and air conditioning installed with zone control and a humidifier. Golden Valley Heating and Air did an excellent job. From the estimator to the install team (Conrad and Jayden) did an excellent job. They put down mats to keep the floor tidy. Thanks for all your help. They also are the Costco provider for furnace and air in my area. They cleaned up very well upon completion also.

Was about thirty minutes late bc the address was inputted incorrectly on their end. Tech came in stinking so strongly of cigarettes I could smell it after he left. He spent 20 minutes on my furnace tune up and just said “everything looks good” on the way out. There was no information/explanation whatsoever offered on what was done. All this for 129$. I don’t feel this was worth the money at all.

His professionalism and guidance helped me select the appropriate units for my needs, reducing the choices to simple options of noise vs. cost. The job involved rebates from several sources. Susan from their office made it painless. All documentation was sent via email; she took care of the onerous job of filing for all the rebates involved. Scheduling was a breeze, and when she called with an opportunity to move up the date became available, they were there, bright and early. The installation crew was extraordinarily professional.
