Payment timelines and communication were not handled consistently, which made it difficult to operate professionally. I would not recommend working with this company.

I've used their service a few times, it's super hit and miss. What really got me this time was that they tried to increase my charge by $160 from the original quote of $50 for just lawn mowing. I know some folks have had good experiences, I just think it's about which person they contract out to :/

When a person schedules a lawn mowing job for a particular day and pays for it, the job needs to be done on that day, not the day after or the day after that day. I used the app to get the lawn mowed from them and I picked a date and day to get the job done but no one showed up and there was no response on the app. Plus the customer service needs to improve on the app as well as the phone.

Good people and professional also. They came on time, gave us a estimate and did a brillient job at our front and back yard. They are so friendly guy to work with. Which give you comfort and insurence. Highly appreciate the hard work.
