I had my ductwork thoroughly cleaned by two professional technicians who really knew my system. I had my ductwork cleaned 6 years ago by a different company and I found they did not do half of what these techs did. They were courteous and took time to answer all my questions and explained how my system worked. They told me what was inside my ductwork and provided me with photos. They also cleaned up everything when the job was completed. I am so pleased with the representatives of the Stanley Steemer company.

I had tile cleaned in 4 bathrooms. Average results. The suction on his device was poor. My Hoover floor cleaner gets the tile fairly dry. My floor was very wet with shallow puddles of water when he finished. His 12” wide nozzle didn’t fit behind the toilets, so therefore they weren’t cleaned. I wiped behind one of the toilets with a paper towel. A photo is attached. The only reason I gave him a two is he pointed out color variation was due to grout wear. Otherwise it would be a 1. Stanley Steamer did ask if the could try again and sent out another technician. Second technician did a great job! He did use different equipment. I even went ahead and sealed the grout.

Jaime did an amazing job cleaning my couch. He was friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and the couch looks so much better than I expected. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again!
