Gomez Pine Straw LLC

First time we used Gomez Pine Straw was today. We ordered 40 bales of pine straw and they spread it throughout our back yard landscaping. I can’t say enough great things about their customer service, polite professionalism and work ethic. Especially enjoyable was our conversations with George, the team boss. He made sure the workers did their job correctly and kept us informed of their progress. He asked our preferences for areas to concentrate on and what we wanted. His inputs were spot on for our needs. We will definitely call on them again for our pine straw needs.

Been buying pine straw from Gomez for years but the quality continues to deteriorate. I just last purchased 4 rolls for a landscaping job. The straw was fresh on the outside but underneath was molded, old, rotten straw! Lots of sticks too! Not at all clean or fresh. They scammed my company by selling fresh looking straw over the old rotten straw. Not good business. If you do buy from Garcia open the bales/rolls up completely before you pay for them. See what you are getting.

This is our 5th year using Gomez and we have never had one issue. In fact, they are so easy to work with and very honest, which is very hard come by these days. In regards of their straw, it’s great. Sure, you may find a stick here and there on occasion, but not a big deal.

So we have used Gomez for years. We ordered again this year. Delivered Thursday. We start putting it down Friday. Friday afternoon we get a call from the owner saying his guys accidentally shorted us one straw bale. Monday (just now) he personally delivers our one bale. I don't think we ever would have even noticed! A++ for honesty. And the rest of the service is great too.

I went to Gomez Pine Straw for 12 bales. They loaded them on my truck and I was in & out in 15 minutes. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend.
