I purchased a floor here. After opening and trying to assemble the floor with a nose cone, the pieces wouldn't fit together. This is clearly the store mistake as they sold us incompatible product. We tried to get a refund and they told us that they wouldn't refund opened boxes (which we had to open to realize things we're not compatible). Eventually, the store owner agreed over the phone to return everything, but when we came to pick up the check, they only refunded unopened boxed, breaking their promise. We lost time, labor, and they asked us to bring back the floor that was cut from the opened box, only to not refund it to us.
