Good News Lock and Key

We lost all of our keys for our 2006 Scion XA due to a recent fire in our home. This was one more hurdle during an already difficult time but thanks to Jeff and his team they were able to come out the next day and create copies of the keys. They understood our situation and were more than generous and professional in assisting us. I highly recommend their company for any auto key services! Thank you Jeff we really appreciate your help!

I purchased a new smart key for my Jaguar XK on Ebay which turned out to be defective. Jeff did his best and was kind enough not to charge for his service. No car dealership would do that. Lesson learned, don't buy key fobs online even if it seems like a good deal. Would do business with him again.

Jeff did an excellent job with programming my key pod for a 2014 Ford focus T. Had other locksmiths trying this task with all having issues. He did within 1/2 hour and with no problems. Charges were very reasonable and highly recommended him.

The owner, Jeff, is exceptionally kind and skilled. He helped me with an especially difficult broken extraction which I was sure needed a new lock. It took two trips, the first of which he spent over an hour on and refused payment "until the job is done". We were able to get this tiny key fragment out on the second trip after another hour. He refused to let me pay for the extra time even though this key was an absolute nightmare. Not only did he save me from having to rip apart a steering column, he took the time to show me how his tools worked. I highly recommend Good News Lock and Key. Also, ask Jeff about his race car!

Service rep didnt sound like they wanted my business. Called for a quote and felt like i was bothering them. I did not have the key on me and guessed from memory it was a 4 button. They just said they couldnt do anything without 100% accuracy and to call back when i have it, even though i requested a quote for 4 buttons. Not comfortable calling back
