Great experience! Highly recommended! The owner Jeramey was punctual, courteous and very professional. He is also pet friendly! He installed 2 ceiling fans for me. He volunteered to carry the old fans outside for me for garbage disposal and also assisted with removal of the packaging for the new fans. I am happy to enlist him for follow-on services to fix my bathroom light bar and install a new bathroom light/fan. The price was extremely reasonable. He took his time, was thorough in his explanations, and took extra time to answer my questions. I am confident in providing a 5 star review and would encourage others to enlist his services. I am extremely happy that Angi's list recommended him

Responsive, fast, and affordable! I came home from work to find half of my house out of electricity, with no tripped breakers and no heat or hot water. I called 3 electricians and Klein Electric was the only one who picked up. He came to my house within an hour and he was able to assess my concern quickly. Turned out the issue was with the line coming to my house which is Eversource's concern. Klein Electric stayed and contacted Eversource to ensure they were fully aware of the issue. He even offered to stay available should anything be needed. Within an hour, Eversource arrived and resolved the issue. Klein Electric truly went above and beyond, and they'll be my first call moving forward!

Klein Electric has helped us out twice already and we expect many more in the future. First time it was a quick item. Jeramey was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to solve our issue quickly. The second time a fuse in the control panel was literally melting. He caught it and we replaced it before it could turn into a bigger issue. Jeramey is a pleasure to work with as he is professional, respectful to tenants and customers and communicates effectively. He took the time to explain every step clearly. We would enthusiastically recommend Klein Electric to others and intend to call him first when we have the need.

Jeramey is the most knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, dependable and respectful person that we have ever met. Call for an emergent issue of sparks in my electrical box on a Sunday. Jeremy returned my call in 10 min and showed up immediately. He secured the problem quickly for an extremely reasonably price. And is coming to finalize the problem next day. As someone that does my own work, he showed up fast and didn't break the bank. We'll use again and I will be recommending him to anyone in the future.
