I highly recommend Goodman exteriors. We had them put a new roof on our house a few years ago and they did a great job. Recently had them come back to put a new roof on a detached garage and storage shed. Same crew and they do an excellent job installing the roof and on cleanup.

We used Nick with Goodman Exteriors to do Roofing, Siding, and Gutters on 2 of our houses in Peotone. Everything turned out fantastic and his prices were reasonable. The crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Definitely will use them on our next project

We hired Nick Goodman of Goodman Exteriors Llc/Goodman Construction to take over after another roofer quit in the middle of a job on our barn. We were left with one side of our 100+ year old barn open to the elements. Nick recommended that we not cover the barn. He stated that he was 3 weeks out and that he did metal roofs in the winter. He told us all the things that were wrong with the previous roofers work and recommended that we pursue legal action. We told him that the only thing important to us was to have our roof complete and we were not going to pursue legal action. We were so grateful that someone would step in and finish the job. We wrote Nick a check for $10,390.80 and signed a contract on the 11th of November 2021. The check cleared our bank on the 15th of November last year.

After contacting Nick, and speaking with him about what my mom went through regarding her damage she endured from the tornado damage in 2024, he heard me and immediately came to assess what needed to be done. He took pictures and showed us what apparently what was not repaired. He let us know what needed to be done. Nick drew up a contract and scheduled my mom immediately. The work was done quickly, and efficient. Clean up was perfect and honestly, I wish we had known about his company sooner. From beginning to end, the entire job was taken care of perfect. Thank you is an understatement.

I hired Nick Goodman to replace my roof and siding. The team arrived on time and worked very fast to tear off my roof and replace it within 1 day. They had to return to finish up minor repairs. The work was completed in a timely fashion and they cleaned up behind themselves. It was great working with Nick and thank you to Marik for taking time to help me pick out shingles and siding.Great job!!! I would recommend Nick Goodman anytime.
